About Us

Pashupati Foundation is a non-profit organisation dedicated to creating sustainable, compassionate systems for the welfare of India’s Stray Animals with a special focus on Paws- Stray Dogs & Stray Cats.

Our mission goes beyond rescue and care — we work to educate communities, raise awareness, and promote responsible, humane practices that support long-term wellbeing for community animals.

Through online and offline educational initiatives, we empower individuals, neighbourhoods, and institutions to understand the needs of stray animals, coexist peacefully, and participate actively in their welfare. By spreading knowledge about feeding, vaccination, Population control, safety, and compassion, we aim to build communities where animals are respected, protected, and integrated into a healthier ecosystem.

Together, we can build a responsible, informed, and kinder world for all sentient beings — starting with the animals who share our streets.

Our Vision

A society where humans and stray animals coexist with dignity, responsibility, and compassion — supported by informed, caring communities.

Our Mission

To build sustainable, compassionate systems that protect, care for, and improve the lives of India’s stray dogs and cats through education, awareness, and community action.
